Renthop is an advanced apartment-search marketplace that goes beyond the apartment dimensions and location to look at other factors that contribute to the renting experience. The company’s unique “HopScore” rates each apartment based on a variety of factors that ease the frustration of the prospective renter: how recent the listing is, the responsiveness of the selling agent or broker, feedback on the broker /agent, and how much competition there is for the unit. Initially launched in New York and Boston, the service has quickly expanded to include Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Dallas, Houston and more.
