Dextro is a computer vision and machine learning company with a mission is to power the intelligence behind every video collection, livestream feed, and internet-connected camera. Video, complex and often poorly tagged, is a difficult medium from which to extract such data, but Dextro’s algorithms actually “watch” the video contents to identify and summarize the contents of videos and other forms of streaming data. Dextro was acquired by TASER in 2017.
