Tyler Mann joined Two Sigma Ventures in 2025 as Head of Legal, and he provides guidance to the firm on investments, fund structuring and other in-house matters.
Prior to joining Two Sigma Ventures, Tyler was Associate General Counsel at Greenoaks Capital and Head of Legal at Flourish Ventures. Previously, Tyler was a corporate attorney at Gunderson Dettmer in New York, where he guided companies and investors through all parts of the start-up life cycle, from formation through exit.
Tyler is admitted to practice law in New York. He holds a JD from the George Washington University Law School, summa cum laude, and a BA from the College of William & Mary.
Outside of work, Tyler can be found cycling throughout the greater New York area or, more likely, chasing after his two daughters.
