Alessandra Massa joined Two Sigma Ventures in 2024 to lead Marketing.
Prior to joining, she served as a Senior Creative Strategist at Morning Brew, where she spearheaded the development of creative campaigns across digital media and events for clients like Fidelity, Hoka, Dealmaker, and more. Her love of startups originated from her early days at Morning Brew, where she was the ninth employee to join the company and witnessed its growth through its acquisition by Business Insider.
Alessandra holds a B.A. in Political Science and Russian from Mount Holyoke College. In her free time, she’s usually on a run, trying out a new restaurant or recipe, or listening to Italo disco.
